Due to a shortage of mail center staff during the Thanksgiving break, we will not be delivering mail or packages on Wednesday November 22, 2017. The Mail Center will open at regular time and will close when the unviersity closes at 3pm. During this time you are more than welcome to come in to pick up mail, packages or take advantage of any of our retail operations. If you have any questions please call 513-745-3558.

On Friday, November 24th the campus will be closed.  Physical Plant will be using this opportunity for a partial electrical shut-down on campus to complete some upgrades to the electrical infrastructure required for the Our Lady of Peace Chapel project.

Electric power will be shut off in the following buildings for 12 hours starting at 8 am on Friday Nov 24: Joseph Hall, Elet Hall, Schmidt Fieldhouse, Armory, O’Conner Sports Center, Edgecliff Hall, Hinkle Hall, Hailstones Hall, Bellarmine Chapel, Alter Hall, McDonald Library, Schmidt Hall and Schott Hall.

Xavier Village will be without electric for three hours from 8:45 am to 11:45 am and again for three hours from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

There will be a general information session for the Greece 2018 Summer Study Abroad Program this Monday, 11/20, at 4:00 on the 10th floor of Schott. Please attend if you have any questions about costs, courses, or the itinerary before you head off for the Thanksgiving break. The last day to request tutoring for the Fall semester through the Office of Academic Support is Tuesday, November 21, 2017.  If you need assistance in a course, please submit a request at www.xavier.edu/tutor. 

We will begin taking requests for the Spring semester in January 2018.
